Hi, my name is Ahmed, and my interest in the world of software actually started back in the late eighties when I got my first computer. I still recall having books and notes by me, and floppy disks, which I had to store everything that I was writing on to.
From hardware to a world of magic.
The big leap in the computer world from that time to now is almost incomprihensible. In so many ways, hardware was an obstacle back then. It was difficult to access the programs, it was very little user-friendly and using this hardware was very time consuming.
During the last decades I have witnessed non-software companies get into the world of software in order to survive, since software customers aready at an early stage realized that we are heading into a magical world, a world filled with wonders, unicorns and rainbows.
Software has breathed new life into the world.
From a computer world dominated by data-nerds and wizards, the new software has made everything easily available everywhere for everybody, skilled or unskilled.
Software has, to put it differently, breathed new life into hardware. In a nutshell, software today is magical in the sense that;
- it removes natural barriers
- it enhances user experiences
- it facilitates service design
- it transforms products and
- it streamlines the costumer’s journey
Great user experience is the future.
If you believe that software is already user friendly, and that it is surprisingly easy for the user to work with, compared to only a couple of years ago, you are in for a treat yet to come.
The future development in this field is in software which has an ever more awesome design, offers always new and unlimited possibilities and above all, makes it still quicker and easier for anybody to apply and use it.
All the best,
